X5 fit notes
- The X5 has four doors, fixed quarter windows behind the rear doors and a split tailgate with an upper liftgate and a small lower gate. The back glass is part of the upper liftgate.
- Many X5s have rear door sunshades or factory privacy glass on the rear windows. Film goes on the glass and the shades still work as long as the film is trimmed clean at the bottom edge.
- The plug-in hybrid and M models share the side glass with the regular X5 from the same generation. The year is what decides the kit.

A Full Car – SUV/Truck kit is $80 in carbon or $163 in ceramic, with free shipping. Front doors only are $42 carbon or $65 ceramic.

Front doors take about an hour. A full SUV takes most first-timers 2 to 4 hours, with most of that time on the rear glass.
